Connect a DXtrade Account

This guide is for DaneTrades Cloud Copier. It does not cover Local Copier install, EA, or device-slot workflows.

DaneTrades Cloud — web-managed copying for supported trading platforms. Telegram is a signal source only.

This guide is for DaneTrades Cloud.

Check the account before paying

DaneTrades Cloud does not have a free copier trial. Signed-in users can use the free Account Checker from Billing before starting a subscription.

Use it when you are unsure whether the exact DXtrade account can connect.

Before you start

DXtrade is often provided through a broker-branded or prop-firm-branded portal. Confirm the exact environment used by the account you want to connect.

Credentials that work in one DXtrade portal may not work in another branded environment.

DXtrade Futures is not supported. It is a separate DXtrade platform and the third-party API required by trade copiers is not available.

Connect the account

  1. Open Trading Accounts.
  2. Select Add Account.
  3. Choose DXtrade.
  4. Enter the requested login details.
  5. Enter the exact server or broker environment when asked.
  6. Continue while DaneTrades discovers the available accounts.
  7. Select the correct trading account.
  8. Give it a clear display name and finish the connection.

Verify the result

The account should appear in Trading Accounts and move to Connected.

Wait for symbols to finish loading before using the account in a copier.

Common problems

Login fails or the balance appears as zero

First confirm whether the account uses DXtrade Futures. DXtrade Futures cannot be connected to DaneTrades Cloud because the required third-party API is not available.

The login works on the broker site but fails here

Check that the server or branded DXtrade environment entered in DaneTrades matches the portal used by that exact account.

When the account details and environment are definitely correct, ask the broker or prop firm whether third-party DXtrade API access and trade copying are allowed for that account. Some providers block API connections even when the normal platform login works.

The wrong account is discovered

Confirm the broker identity, account selection and environment before saving.

The account stays Connecting

Wait for the current request to complete and refresh. Do not restart the same connection repeatedly while verification is still in progress.

The account connects but a trade is rejected

A successful connection does not bypass receiver broker rules. Check Trade activity for the exact customer-safe reason.

Symbols are missing

Allow the symbol catalogue to finish loading. If it repeatedly fails, use Support Assistant with the affected account selected.

First test

  1. Create one source-to-receiver copier.
  2. Check Symbol Mapping.
  3. Use conservative sizing.
  4. Place one small trade during normal market conditions.
  5. Confirm the result in Trade activity.

When to continue to support

Continue when all of the following have been checked:

  • the account is not DXtrade Futures;
  • the exact broker environment and credentials are confirmed;
  • the provider confirms third-party API trade copying is allowed;
  • discovery or connection still repeatedly fails.

Also continue when symbols cannot be loaded or Trade activity shows repeated platform or connection failures.

Do not include the password or session information.
