These pages use stored DaneTrades Cloud data. They are not a live broker statement and should not be used as the only source for trading or account decisions.
Performance
Use Performance to review closed-trade results for all accounts together or for one supported account.
The page can show:
- summary performance metrics;
- balance progression;
- return and risk metrics;
- recent closed trades;
- the last time the stored snapshot was updated.
Performance is based on stored normalized closed-trade history. It does not calculate from open positions.
Performance statuses
- Auto refresh active: DaneTrades is maintaining the stored snapshot automatically.
- Stored snapshot: a usable stored result is available but the account may use manual refresh behaviour.
- Refresh queued / Refreshing: a new snapshot is being prepared.
- Stale snapshot: the displayed result is older than the current freshness target.
- Refresh failed: the last refresh did not complete.
- Unavailable: DaneTrades does not currently have a usable performance snapshot for that scope.
A stale or unavailable snapshot does not mean the trading account is disconnected. It means the performance read model is not current or available.
Statistics
Use Statistics to review copier activity rather than strategy profit or loss.
You can filter by:
- 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or total history;
- all copy links or one selected link;
- Activity, Volume, Reliability or Distribution.
Statistics can include:
- trades copied;
- receiver volume copied;
- active copy links;
- copy success rate;
- average execution time;
- buy and sell distribution;
- activity by day, symbol, platform and copy link.
Important metric meanings
Copy success rate is the share of recorded copy attempts that completed successfully. Blocked and failed attempts reduce the rate.
Average execution time measures the time from creation of an open copy action to the first receiver confirmation. Blocked and failed attempts are excluded.
Volume copied is receiver lot volume after DaneTrades sizing has been applied.
Statistics update after relevant trade history is stored or when you use Refresh. They are operational copier statistics, not a measure of whether a trading strategy is profitable.
Exposure
Use Exposure to review the latest positions recorded for connected position-capable accounts.
The page can show:
- open positions;
- accounts and symbols with exposure;
- long and short concentration;
- positions with, without or unavailable stop-loss data;
- opposing long and short exposure on the same symbol;
- the oldest recorded open position;
- views by symbol, copier fanout and account.
Opposing exposure is informational. It is not automatically an error because different accounts or strategies may intentionally hold opposite directions.
Exposure freshness
Exposure uses the latest stored position snapshot for each account. Accounts can update at different times.
Opening the Exposure page does not trigger a live broker refresh.
Always check the freshness banner and unavailable-account list before relying on the totals. If results were bounded because a workspace has many accounts, positions, symbols or fanout groups, the page shows a limitation notice.
Why the three pages can differ
The pages answer different questions:
- Performance: what stored closed trades show about results.
- Statistics: what DaneTrades recorded about copier activity and reliability.
- Exposure: what the latest stored position snapshots show as currently open.
For example, a newly opened position can appear in Exposure but not Performance because it has not closed. A blocked copy action can affect Statistics without creating a broker position.
Troubleshooting missing or stale data
- Confirm the affected trading account is still connected.
- Check the status or freshness message on the page.
- Use Refresh where the page provides it.
- Check whether the account or platform is listed as unavailable.
- Check Trade activity when the problem concerns a specific copied action.
- Continue to support when the stored page state repeatedly conflicts with the connected account or fails to update.
When continuing to support, include the page name, selected account or copy link, visible status message and approximate time. Do not send broker passwords or tokens.
