DaneTrades Cloud

Known Product and Platform Limitations

This guide is for DaneTrades Cloud Copier. It does not cover Local Copier install, EA, or device-slot workflows.

DaneTrades Cloud — web-managed copying for supported trading platforms. Telegram is a signal source only.

DaneTrades Cloud connects different trading platforms and brokers through one copier. Some behaviour cannot be identical across every account.

Execution can differ between accounts

DaneTrades cannot guarantee identical:

  • execution price;
  • spread;
  • slippage;
  • fill speed;
  • margin usage;
  • broker rejection behaviour;
  • stop-loss or take-profit acceptance.

The source and receiver are separate broker accounts. Each broker applies its own market state, account rules and execution conditions.

A successful platform login is not an API permission guarantee

A login that works in the broker or prop-firm platform does not prove that the same account permits third-party API access or trade copying.

Some providers block API connections for TradeLocker, DXtrade or MatchTrader accounts. When the credentials and exact environment are correct but connection still fails, ask the provider whether third-party API trade copying is allowed for that exact account.

Provider rules can change. Do not assume one firm's restriction applies to every firm or every platform account.

DXtrade Futures is not supported

DXtrade Futures is a separate DXtrade platform. The third-party API required by trade copiers is not available, so DXtrade Futures accounts cannot be connected to DaneTrades Cloud.

A common sign is that login fails or the account appears with a zero balance. Confirm whether the account uses DXtrade Futures before repeating connection attempts.

Check compatibility before paying

DaneTrades Cloud does not offer a free copier trial.

Signed-in users can use the free Account Checker from Billing before starting a subscription. Use it when account compatibility is uncertain.

A successful connection is not a broker permission guarantee

A connected account means DaneTrades completed the supported connection flow.

It does not prove that a broker or prop firm permits every intended copying setup. Customers remain responsible for checking their provider's rules.

DaneTrades does not promise that copying will avoid account flags or provider detection.

Symbols are broker-specific

The same market can use different names, prefixes or suffixes. Examples can include index and metal aliases that are not interchangeable automatically.

Always review Symbol Mapping. A similar-looking symbol can still have a different contract size, currency or trading session.

Volume, margin and stop rules differ

Platforms and brokers can use different:

  • minimum and maximum volume;
  • volume steps;
  • contract sizes;
  • leverage and margin requirements;
  • minimum stop distance;
  • supported order and modification behaviour;
  • hedging or netting models.

A size or stop that is valid on the source can be rejected on the receiver.

Telegram is source-only

Telegram can be connected as a signal source. It cannot be used as a receiver trading account.

Each selected Telegram channel or group becomes a separate connected source account and uses one paid account slot.

Signal detection depends on the provider message format and the configured parser behaviour. Unsupported or unusual message formats may require a private platform note or product improvement.

DaneTrades does not claim success without a clear result

Copied means the receiver returned a successful result for the action.

Rejected by broker means the receiver clearly rejected it.

When DaneTrades does not have a clear successful receiver result, it must not describe the action as accepted. Check the broker account and the relevant Trade Activity reference before retrying anything that could create a duplicate.

DaneTrades does not make extra broker history or position requests solely to prove an earlier ambiguous copied action.

Pausing and deleting do not manage broker positions

Pausing or deleting an account or copy link stops new DaneTrades routing according to the selected action.

It does not automatically close, modify or cancel existing positions and orders at the broker.

Performance, Statistics and Exposure are stored views

  • Performance uses stored normalized closed-trade history.
  • Statistics uses stored copier activity and reliability data.
  • Exposure uses the latest recorded position snapshots.

These pages can be stale, unavailable or updated at different times. Opening Exposure does not request a live broker refresh.

Market pages are for reference

TradingView charts and market widgets can be delayed or differ from broker prices.

Market News uses cached third-party headlines, and Calendar shows stored event data. These pages do not provide executable broker prices or trading advice.

Calendar filters currently do not create automatic news-trading blocks.

Support Assistant is read-only

Support Assistant can explain stored customer-safe context and documentation. It cannot:

  • place, modify or close trades;
  • change copier settings;
  • edit symbol maps;
  • connect or delete accounts;
  • change billing or issue refunds;
  • make broker or prop-firm policy decisions.

Platform-specific limitations

A limitation should be treated as platform-specific only when it is confirmed by current DaneTrades implementation or verified support evidence.

Do not assume one broker's behaviour applies to every broker using the same platform.

When to continue to support

Continue when:

  • documented behaviour conflicts with the current app;
  • the same supported action repeatedly fails after account, mapping, sizing and broker checks;
  • the platform returns an unclear customer-safe error;
  • a provider format or account type appears unsupported;
  • retrying could create financial exposure or a duplicate.

Provide the affected platform, account or copy link, Trade Activity reference and approximate time. Never provide passwords, tokens or login codes.
