Trade activity is the Cloud Copier's customer-facing record of copied, blocked and failed actions.
Find the event
Open Trade activity and use the available filters:
- status;
- action type;
- symbol;
- market;
- connection;
- time range;
- search.
Use the narrowest reasonable time window around the issue. Filtering applies to the activity window currently loaded by the page.
Open the detail
Expand the event to see available details such as:
- source and receiver;
- action type;
- symbol and side;
- size;
- entry, stop loss and take profit where relevant;
- customer-safe outcome reason;
- configuration versions recorded for the action.
Configuration versions help support identify which saved copier, symbol-map, sizing, risk or filter configuration applied. They are not instructions for the customer to edit internal records.
Copy the public reference ID
Each event has a support-friendly public reference ID and a copy control.
Use that reference when asking Support Assistant or continuing to a human. It lets support find the exact bounded event without asking you to export an entire history.
What to include with the reference
Provide:
- what you expected;
- what happened instead;
- whether the issue is repeatable;
- one or two representative reference IDs;
- any recent account, symbol-map or copier-setting change.
Do not send:
- passwords;
- API secrets;
- access or refresh tokens;
- full browser cookies;
- raw credential files.
When one reference is not enough
For an intermittent pattern, provide two or three representative events from a narrow time window. Avoid sending an unbounded export unless support explicitly asks for one.
Conversation context
When you open Support Assistant V2 from an account, copier or Trade Activity item, the app may safely include that selected context after validating it belongs to your workspace.
The assistant remains read-only and cannot retry or change the trade.
