DaneTrades Cloud

Market Closed or No Price Available

This guide is for DaneTrades Cloud Copier. It does not cover Local Copier install, EA, or device-slot workflows.

DaneTrades Cloud — web-managed copying for supported trading platforms. Telegram is a signal source only.

A receiver cannot execute an action when its broker does not provide a tradable market or usable price for that instrument.

Common signs

Trade activity or the broker may show wording such as:

  • market closed;
  • no price;
  • no quote;
  • symbol unavailable;
  • trading disabled;
  • price changed or off quotes.

Check the receiver market

Confirm:

  • the receiver symbol is the intended instrument;
  • the receiver broker currently offers a live price;
  • the instrument's trading session is open;
  • the account is permitted to trade that instrument;
  • the symbol has not expired or changed contract;
  • the receiver account is connected and ready.

Different brokers can have different trading hours for instruments with similar names.

Check the symbol map

A mapping can be syntactically valid but still point to the wrong or inactive receiver instrument.

Open the copier's Symbol Mapping, confirm the exact receiver symbol and compare it with the broker's current symbol list.

Retest at the right time

Use a tiny trade on a liquid symbol during its normal session. Avoid using an illiquid or closed market as the baseline connection test.

MetaTrader wording

Older Local Copier guides may mention terminal-specific errors such as trade context busy. Those terminal checks are not normal DaneTrades Cloud troubleshooting. For Cloud, follow the customer-safe Trade activity reason and receiver-platform status.

When to continue to support

Continue to support when the receiver market is open, a current price is visible, the exact symbol is mapped and the same action is still rejected.

Provide the Trade activity reference ID, receiver platform, exact symbol and approximate event time.
