Orientation Guide

Start here before you connect trading accounts

The right order is simple: add the accounts you want to use, make sure they show as connected in Trading Accounts, then build the copier link only after both sides look healthy.

Safe setup order

  1. Add the source and receiver accounts first. Do this in Trading Accounts.
  2. Confirm they show connected. Do not move into copier setup with a partially connected path.
  3. Create the copier link. Use Copiers only after connection state looks healthy.
  4. Place one tiny test. Verify the result in Logs.

Why platform type matters

Not every platform connects the same way. Some use direct credentials, cTrader uses browser-based OAuth, Binance and Bybit use futures API keys, Tradovate requires API credentials plus futures-specific requirements, and Telegram uses phone-number authentication.
