Telegram Signals

Signals not detected or parse failed

These are the two most common Telegram signal failures. If there is no signal detection at all, the app is likely not seeing the right messages. If parsing fails, the app is seeing the message but cannot reliably extract the signal details.

If signals are not detected at all

  1. Confirm the Telegram account is still connected in Trading Accounts.
  2. Confirm that Telegram account can still access the signal channel or chat.
  3. Open Logs and look for any Telegram activity, authorization issues, or missing-signal patterns.
  4. Review detection keywords if the provider wording changed or if your current rules are too strict.

If Logs show parse failed

  1. Copy the exact provider message from Logs.
  2. Open the Telegram signal configuration in Copiers.
  3. Paste the message into the Test Signal tab.
  4. Adjust keywords, clean-text rules, or symbol handling until the preview correctly identifies the action, symbol, SL, and TP.

Most common causes

  • The Telegram session is disconnected or the account no longer has channel access.
  • Signal keywords are too strict and miss the provider's real wording.
  • Provider formatting changed and now uses different separators, emojis, or labels.
  • Symbol names need mapping or alias help after parsing succeeds.
