We offer a 7-day free trial for our products to help you evaluate whether they meet your needs before you subscribe or purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, unused time, or remaining subscription periods.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including refunds or remedies where required by law.
Cancellations
To cancel your subscription and stop future billing, go to:
My Account > Subscriptions > View Subscription > Cancel.
If you cancel, future payments will stop. Your license and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in the billing cycle, except where required by law.
Payments / On Hold
If you set your subscription status to “On Hold” (My Account > Subscriptions), no further payments will be taken while it is on hold. Your license and access will remain valid until the next billing date. When you reactivate the subscription, billing resumes.
If your subscription is placed “On Hold” due to a failed or missed payment, we may retry the payment within 30 days. Any payments successfully collected after a failed-payment “On Hold” status are not refundable, except where required by law. To cancel, see “Cancellations” above.
A subscription can remain on hold for a maximum of 2 months. After 2 months, the subscription will be cancelled.
