These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “ToS”) govern your use of our website located at DaneTrades.com (“Service”) and any related services provided by DaneTrades.
By accessing our Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
Registration and Access
You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use our services.
You may not share your paid license key or make your license key available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your license key. If you purchase a license key on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
License
Each purchase comes with 1 license. This license can be used on 10 computers/vps OR 10 IP addresses, whichever gets reached first.
danetrades.com offers licenses up to 1 year in length. If you get migrated from MQL5 Market from a lifetime license you will recieve a 1 year license only.
This does not affect access or the license from MQL5 and this will remain available to you according to the terms of service of MQL5.
Expert Advisors
Due to the nature of Expert Advisors (EA’s) and the changing environment of trading platforms, danetrades.com does not guarantee EA’s will work for the entire duration of the license. Unforeseen circumstances can partially or fully stop an EA from working.
This risk is understood and agreed to when purchasing a license of any EA offered and danetrades.com will take no responsibility if an EA stops working and the issue cannot be resolved via an Update.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DaneTrades and its licensors.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by DaneTrades.
DaneTrades has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

This section will be given full effect even if any remedy specified in this agreement is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose.
