Connect TradeLocker, DXTrade, or MatchTrader

These platforms usually connect with broker or prop-firm credentials. The most common issues are wrong environment selection, wrong server or portal, unsupported broker rules, or simple credential mismatches.

Basic steps

  1. Open Trading Accounts.
  2. Click Add Account.
  3. Select TradeLocker, DXTrade, or MatchTrader.
  4. Enter the correct platform credentials and, where required, the right environment or server.
  5. Connect and confirm the account appears as connected.

Platform-specific notes

  • TradeLocker: environment and server matter. Live vs Demo and the correct prop-firm server must match your real account.
  • DXTrade: broker-branded portals can matter, so make sure you are using the right credentials for that exact broker environment.
  • MatchTrader: some brokers or prop firms can limit trade copying or API access, so an account may authenticate but still not be usable for the intended workflow.

  • Wrong email, password, or account credentials.

  • Wrong server or branded broker environment.
  • Prop firm or broker restrictions on copying or API access.

How to verify

  1. Confirm the account appears in Trading Accounts.
  2. Create one simple test copier.
  3. Place one tiny test trade and verify in Logs.
