Thank you for choosing DaneTrades for your trading needs. We strive to deliver exceptional value through our MetaTrader 4 & 5 products, and we’re dedicated to supporting your trading success.

7-Day Free Trial

We offer a comprehensive 7-day free trial for our products. This trial is designed to help you fully evaluate our offerings and ensure they meet your trading requirements before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Please be advised that once a purchase is made, all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediacy of access, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We strongly encourage you to utilize the free trial period to assess the product’s compatibility with your needs.

License Switching

If you have purchased a Static License and you need to change product, you will need to cancel your subscription from My Account > Subscriptions and purchase a new License for the product you need. 

If you purchased a Flexi License you can switch your Product to any other, once every 24 hours from My Account > Flexi Settings.

We are unable to switch Static Licenses manually should your needs change so please make sure you test the free demo’s and be sure about the product you need.

Cancellations

To cancel your subscription and stop further billing, go to My Account > Subscriptions > View Subscription > Cancel.

If you cancel your subscription all future payments will be stopped immediately. Your license will be valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds will be offered for the remaining duration of the license.

Payments / On Hold

If you change your subscription status to ‘On Hold’ from My Accounts > Subscriptions no further payments will be taken until the subscription is made active again. The license will be valid until the next billing cycle.

If your subscription status is changed to ‘On Hold’ due to a failed or missed payment, a second attempt to take payment will be made within 30 days of the failed payment. Any payments made from the ‘On Hold’ status are not refundable. To cancel your subscription please see ‘Cancellations’

A Subscription can be on hold for a maximum of 2 months before it will be cancelled regardless if the subscription was manually put on hold or changed automatically
