- How does the subscription work?
Once you purchase a license you will be billed monthly or yearly according to the license you have selected. You can cancel at anytime if you go to your Account > Subscriptions
- Can the Trade Copier copy from other EA’s / Bots?
Yes, the copiers can copy from all other EA's and Bots. However, it may not be suited for HFT Bots so please test these first.
- Do you provide a free trial (demo) for the Trade Copiers?
Yes, you can download a free 7 day trial from the pricing section. It is highly recommended to try the free trial before purchase to make sure the Trade Copier works with your account, broker and prop firm
The limits of the trial are the following:
- 4 Hour time limit before needing to restart
- 7 day overall limit from the time of the first run
- Can only be used on MetaTrader Demo accounts. (The slave account can be live or demo)
- How can I switch products on the Flexi License?
- Go to My Account
- Go to Flexi License settings
- Choose your new product from the list and click Update
Your license will now be switched. Access to the old product will be removed and the new one activated
- What is the difference between a Static and Flexi License?
A static license will allow you to only use the product you purchased. In the event you no longer need to copy to your chosen platform you will not be able to switch your license.
Instead you will need to cancel your subscription and purchase another.
A Flexi License allows you to choose any product you like. If in future you need to switch the license to use a different platform you can!
You can switch your license once every 24 hours from your Account > Flexi Settings. This can be done an unlimited number of times for the duration of the license
- How fast do the Trade Copiers perform?
We have built the Trade Copiers with speed and reliability in mind. Trades are copied instantly providing you have a good stable network connection.
